KyaTrade provides a refund of subscription fees for the Investment Plan to a customer in case he/she has lost money over 100 equal sized trades made via the KyaTrade App in the Investment Plan. It is possible that a few ideas may end up losing money due to market conditions. Hence, 100 trades is taken as a benchmark for ensuring reasonable sample size. Further, the position sizing undertaken by the customer should be equated in nature. Meaning all positions/ideas traded from the KyaTrade app should have more or less similar average investment value with a permissible deviation for 20%. In case customers trade different quantities and hugely different sums on each idea, it is possible that optimal results may not be achieved due to incorrect position sizing. Further, refund shall only be processed if the customer has held the position in terms with recommendations of the research team. In case the customer pre-maturely exits trades, he/she shall be ineligible for the fee refund. In case terms and conditions for refund are met, refund amount shall be calculated and granted assuming the customer has made payment under the annual plan. No refunds shall be processed for Intraday plan.
